  Extremely overpriced, $23 for 2 medium blizzards. Extremely unenthusiastic staff with terrible wait times. Get a car and go to some other franchise a couple kilometres away, but stay away from here.

  Staff is rude and racist, I have ordered two Sundaes and smoothie. My friends were sitting outside in Patio. So, when Sundaes came, I took the ice-cream and went out, when I came back for the smoothie, the next customer tried to take my smoothie....staff started to yell at me like that is my fault and showed racism like behavior. Disappointed and recommended to have some proper training

  This is not like Dairy Queen 🫠 the taste is off, and it was damn expensive too $16 for 1 small ice cream and a bottle of water. Just go get those ice cream in Clifton hill. The staff is nice tho. Just don’t come here

  1st experience was pretty good at this location. After a long day seeing the sites in Niagara Falls, my kids were excited to get a smoothie on Saturday night 7/22/17. We got there at 10:40 because the sign said they closed at 11pm. In any event upon arriving the employees were inside in plain view with the doors locked. We knocked on the door several times and not a single person would look up and even acknowledge us. I get things happen and maybe they needed to close 20min early because of some emergency or mishap, but at least tell us that. I've worked in many restaurants for many years and I get the struggle counting down the minutes till close, but 20min early in a franchised restaurant without any explanation is pretty hard to imagine. 😤😐
