The female employee working wasnt even in proper uniform. Wearing a grey tracksuit, platform white running shoes and texting on her sparkly pink iPhone. Zero customer service, zero customer satisfaction! I will never attend this establishment again.

We asked the lady what time they closed, and she told us 10:00 (as per website), but then told us she's "decided to close at 9:30?", My friends and I sat down to enjoy our ice cream, and the exact second the clock struck 9:30, the lady working told us from across the restaurant, as we were eating the ice cream that we had just purchased, that she's "now closed and we had to leave".. I could understand if they weren't busy, but there was 3 separate groups of customers in just a matter of a half hour, not even. In my opinon just a disappointing way to treat paying customers. Also, loud music was being played from some kind of speaker. I found that to be a little strange. I feel like this location must have gotten new owners.
