  been waiting since 8:25pm to order. now 9pm and just got it. i understand it’s busy but this is not okay.

  Manager was really nice to help with an issue in the app but the two blizzards ordered had way too much chocolate syrup when one should not have had any

  Visited this store Saturday April 11th at around 4:00 p.m.. young lady behind the counter was awesome and processed all orders promptly and was very pleasant about it even though there was a large number of people in a lineup. However my problem is why she would have been working alone when this store is so busy? I saw a person in line with a $40 cake in their hands ready to purchase but unfortunately there is still three people ahead of him and he really didn't have much patience and ended up leaving. Had there been more employees working this sale would not have been lost. Management needs to step up their game a little bit because I can just imagine how many other sales have been lost because of one employee doing the work of at least two or three others. Once again this young lady was very pleasant and was even quite concerned that the customer had left the store but I told her that she's doing an awesome job and it's not her fault in any way.

  This Dairy Queen is a bit further for us to travel, but it is fast and the servers are very courteous. Much better than the other ones in Niagara Falls.

  Absolutely awful service. Unhygienic and multiple food safety issues. Workers do not wear gloves and had their own personal belongings on the same table they were preparing my order. I will definitely not be going back considering both blizzards I ordered were made incorrectly even after asking them to re make it. I paid for extra toppings that I did not receive and instead of getting new cookie dough since it was before closing they gave me a few crumbles from the bottom of the bin! Im not usually one to leave bad reviews but this was extremely unprofessional and unhygienic.
