- BNben needlerJan 11, 20263.0Taller employee with red hair and glasses has served me the last 3 times coming in. He is not friendly, bad customer service, does not seem to want us there. If a bottle of sauce or topping is near empty he will use the very last drops and then move on rather than giving the appropriate amount or refill them. Doesn’t respond when I tell him have a good night. Just overall doesn’t seem to care about the customers or his job. My family has been coming to this location for years and always received great customer service, disappointing to that this employee isn’t following suit with our past experiences.
