  tonight I ordered a combo meal and upgraded the fries to poutine, plus an extra Happy Meal with a toy. When picking up the order, the staff unilaterally informed me that poutine was unavailable and replaced it with large fries without asking for my consent; the toy was also out of stock but they didn’t mention it in advance and simply substituted a book, leaving my child very upset. To top it off, there was no ketchup in the self-service area, and I had to go to the counter to get individual packets. This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in Canada—I have no idea how this manager runs the place!

  The ladies there start preparing food almost 8 am. I went the at least 3 times and always the same.

  I watched the manager pick at his neck while on his phone and then proceed to make my food without gloves or washing his hands. He even knew I was watching him. Terrible.

  We come in 22:30 but could not order anything. The workers said that they needed to clean the kitchen. I think if the establishment is open until 23:00, then the service should be provided until 23:00. McDonalds need check how to work their personal!!! Very bad

  Terrible service went to get meals for the kids and was given the wrong order, once I said that oh boy that’s when the attitude came out they also forgot to give me a cup and when I asked for it they started looking around lol what’s going on inside of this location I have never been more disappointed in a McDonald’s location in my entire life. I never leave reviews but this was a terrible experience and it makes me not want to go to any other Mac Donald’s ever again. Ewww I’m so turned offf. A wait for cold food and a wrong order and attitude is crazy.
