Today, they were guys name Cooper and almost everyday his best friend (who didn’t give me his name), they keep people waiting at drive-thru to take order at 5:30 am everyday and when you head to the window to order they say go back to drive-thru (without saying sorry or let you talk) and it happened when THERE’S NO LINE-UP AND THE ORDER IS A SMALL COFFEE!!!
It’s not the first time that they keep people waiting minutes at 5:30am when there’s no one in line except like me.
If you are feeling sleepy or too tired to serve the customers, you’d better to either find another job or go for more customer service practice at Mcdonald.
Once upon a time the customer was always right! Not like saying your words by the window and leave the window and close it!!!
So sorry for Mcdonald to have employees like them who have their back instead of customers!!!

I’m not sure who works the drive through speakers in the mornings around 7:30am but every day I go to get a coffee and the lady on the speaker is the rudest most impatient person I’ve met. Only reason I come back is because the people at the window are usually very nice

Ordered a meal. Really only needed a coffee. Went to the drive-through. Get down the road. My coffee is black with sugar in it when it was supposed to have cream. Being diabetic, I was forced to chuck it.
Epic fail. You had one job.

I regularly visit this McDonald’s location and have been disappointed with the Happy Meal experience. Each time the same toy is given with no option for variety or exchange. This takes away from the enjoyment for my daughter who look forward to collecting different toys.I understand that promotions may limit availability but offering the same toy repeatedly without any flexibility is frustrating. I would appreciate it if more effort could be made to provide variety or at least inform customers in advance.Unfortunately due to this experience I am unlikely to return to this location.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s location. I specifically ordered tortilla strips with grilled chicken and nacho sauce, yet I was instead served bacon strips with chicken — something I explicitly do not consume due to my religious beliefs.
This is not just a minor mistake; it is a serious issue. Consuming bacon goes directly against my faith, and it could have been a major problem had I not noticed in time. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is now the third time this same location has failed to provide my order correctly.
When I returned to address the issue, I was told by the staff member that they had run out of tortilla strips and decided to replace them with bacon without informing me. This is completely unacceptable. At the very least, I should have been consulted before making such a significant substitution.
To make matters worse, when the manager came over, the staff member did not fully explain the situation. She mentioned what I had ordered but failed to admit that they had served me something entirely different without my consent.
This shows a clear lack of communication, accountability, and respect for customers’ dietary and religious requirements. I expect much better standards from a global brand like McDonald’s. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and very hesitant to return.
I would also like to acknowledge that I was unable to find an option to upload images through this complaint form. However, I do have clear proof of both my original order and the incorrect item I received, and I will be sending these images via email to support this complaint.
