  Where's the basement play place and the walkway from the side entrance where the garden is?? Im confused all our locations in town had play areas in the lower levels and outdoor patios and side entrances to the lower levels

  I ordered latte with Splenda , but received steam milk ! I asked them to change , they gave me latte with sugar ! Asked them again to change but they just grabbed my cup and brought me again without any changes! Just the manager train staff to show how add Splenda didn’t change my coffee! . Never back to this location.

  honestly a embarrassment i mean what does a brother have to do to get a chicken big mac cause clearly ordering it isn't enuf. you guys took 20 minutes to get my order out i had to ask repeatedly to make it and you guys still couldn't complete my order not even close. i ordered a mcdouble with extra toppings and chicken big mac didn't get nothing close i got a quarter ponder and a plain mcdouble with a extra patty. this is inexcusable. i got poor service the entire time i was there. all i know is i won't be going back unless this is made right. hopefully your staff can figure it out. i am quite irate

  I got the two can regular coupon for $17.78. When I went to the drive-thru with my daughter on April 1St at 5:39pm. The girl at cashier for payment was VERY RUDE. When She said total of $24 .19. I said to her that I have the coupon for $17.78. She keep saying " I got your app code, I don't need the coupon. " I said $17.78 plus tax shouldn't be $24.19. She then repeated says, I punched your code and comes $24.19. I said I got the coupon here, she keep saying I don't need the coupon. It was back and forth 3 times. I showed her with my calculator that should be $20.09. Then finally she corrected it. After I made the payment, she slam the window very hard on me. I was absolutely upset and told the staff on next window, that I want to file a complaint on that young lady. Her name is Jessica, who is a young Asian with a long ponytail hair and eyelash extensions and teeth braces. The manger was on break, they had someone to come to talk to me who is very friendly and apologize for the experience. I thank her for listening to my concern. I understand that MC are the place with most of teenagers or young people for 1St job experience. I don't expect them to be super professional or polite. It's a fast-food chain,I get it. But the young girl shouldn't slam the window, not even say thank you and not listening to customer . At least, use a calculator to do the math that $17.78 + tax is $20.09 before refuse to take the coupon or listen to the customer. It was a perfect opportunity for me to show and teach my 7 yrs old girl for what a bad customer service like and not to be one of them. Hope this message gets upper mgmt's attention and have a better training on their staff.

  Husband got the wrong order today March 29 kids hamburger not the nuggets They were so cheap wanted the old package with burger and toy back. Terrible there mistake. Should have told them to Keep it and give a new toy and nuggets even extra. He had to drive back and forth because of your mistake Sandy
