  I usually love Lindt and have always had great experiences, but this visit was very disappointing. On January 9 around 3:30 pm, I visited the store with my mother and mother-in-law. In previous visits, the staff was friendly and helpful, but this time the service was very poor. Two employees were unwelcoming from the start, removed a box from my hands to replace it with a bag due to “weight,” and did not explain things politely. At checkout, we were charged 700 g at $8.99 per 100 g, totaling about $60 before tax, which was incorrect. When we calmly questioned the price, the response was rude and dismissive. The correct price for purchases over 500 g is $7.19 per 100 g, which they eventually admitted was entered incorrectly—without any apology. Speaking another language or having an accent should never result in poor service or incorrect charges. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and was very disappointing, especially from a brand like Lindt.

  Wow! What a fun experience. I didn't know buying chocolate could be so much fun. I interacted with the sales associate Max who was just lovely....very up-beat and enthusiastic. He kept good eye-contact and a smile throughout our interaction. He took the time to show me all the different chocolate options and described them to me. He did not rush our time together. He seemed genuinely happy to serve me. How refreshing! I will definitely be coming back.

  Great store with varieties of Lindt chocolate flavors, reasonably priced. Tahmina, the sales rep with very positive and welcoming attitude.

  Representative I had was extremely helpful and pleasant.her namees was "Sweet" She was aware that I was a senior with vision loss. Her excellent knowledge and personal service was exemplary. She advised me of special deals and physically helped me to fill my christmas gift needs In a very busy store, her personal attitude and professional service was a pure delight.her very pleasant and professional service is a shining exanple of great service that any retail store would be proud to have her reprsenting their business Thank you again SWEET, MERRY Christmas Elizabeth
