I wish I could give zero stars to this KFC location. We ordered a 6-piece chicken meal on November 20, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted like it was fried in stale oil and the pieces were soggy and unappetizing. Definitely not worth the money. Highly dissatisfied with the quality and overall experience.

The food was cold and not fresh
I asked the manager he started to talk to me in indian how ever I don’t even speak that language
Then he started to tell me that the food is always in the warmer and hot
The behaviour of the manager is my problem
The way he treat customers and speak

This KFC really exceeded my expectations. I had seen many people say that KFC usually doesn’t allow the redemption of their free wing bucket, but this location was very friendly and immediately said yes. After I placed my order, they even came over to confirm it to make sure the wings were freshly fried for the best taste. They only started preparing the food once I was ready. The food was delicious, with great quality and flavor, and the service was excellent.

Hard to get 1 star as a franchise for a National brand but here we are. I made the mistake of assuming competence and thay my prepaid mobile order would be ready for pickup at agreed upon time. It sucked that I was not the only one in this situation. They act like you are interrupting them by ordering their food. I will contact head office at this point and get a refund.

A small improvement over the last time I visited, but still deplorable. The manager asked the guy on the till to go and wipe A table because this customer who had a mentally challenged person with them could not find a clean table.."when you are done with that customer (me) go clean a table that she selects". That is what the manager said to her employee...Just shows you how filthy dirty this place is.
Floors- disgusting and not being mopped by chemicals.
Eating areas- tables and chairs sticky with food on and around them not being cleaned by chemicals.
Food prep area- you can see partially into the kitchen, floors and surfaces sticky..bits of food everywhere not being cleaned by chemicals.
How does a place like this pass for food consumption? How can a regular person like me come in at a random time and observe both employees and the manager making horrible decisions?
Stop eating here unless you enjoy shortening your overall lifespan. After eating from here yesterday, the pain in my stomach today is horrendous 😫. Always hurts my stomach after I eat here. Do research and find out why that happens to humans...then you'll see why I can't recommend this place to a gutter rat.
