    Today I visited this place before I place an order I went to washroom it very smelly and dirty very poorly maintained, I ordered the double slider bun and chicken was very cold also food is very salty unable to eat. Highly disappointed and the fires also very soggy and salty ,these people are spoiling the brand name of KFC staffs were very impolite and rude , very irresponsible when I called and said the issue with the food that they made , the boy who was at cashiers was very rude and the woman who was making food was unhygienic and keeping her hand in her pant pocket while making food , Really disappointed with the high international brand .

    I just purchased a Double Slider Combo from KFC and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The bun was very cold and clearly not heated properly. The chicken was overly salty, which made it unpleasant to eat. The overall food quality was far below what I expect from KFC. Additionally, the washroom was poorly maintained, which reflects very poor management. The staff were also rude and not polite at all. Their behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. This kind of service is spoiling the brand name of KFC. I am very disappointed with my visit and hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and customer service.

    The reviews clearly do not lie. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. This is the THIRD time they messed up my order. So of course I called to complain yet again. The lady who answered the phone tried to lie to me on the phone and tell me that the free meal didnt include fries because thats apparently we said no fries and macaroni instead (which is not true). YET THE FREE MEAL I WAS ENTITLED TO WAS ANY MEAL UNDER $15 WHICH IS THE 2 PIECE BOX MEAL ORDER THAT I GOT LAST TIME THAT THEY MESSED UP BEFORE. SO YES I KNOW THAT IT COMES WITH BOTH FRIES AND MACARONI. I asked what day the manager was in because the staff here are clearly incompetent and the lady proceeded to yell at me and hang up the phone. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid!!

    I came in asking for my online order, but they looked at me and seemed to be shocked. Then I showed them my mobile order with details like order number, what meals I ordered, payment proof, and of course the restaurant address for this order. The guys were so confident that there was no order, and told me that I ordered in the wrong address. I checked the address on the otder and I showed him Google Map - yes 16599 Yonge street. They looked at my phone and still kept saying NO, NOT THIS ADDRESS, HERE IS 6599 blabla.... Until another lady staff came out and checked the computer and realized my order was in the computer million years ago. Those guys seem to lack intelligence and get zero sense of customer service, they not just need to be trained but need to be fired immediately. Until they learn how to respect people. They are not competent in this job!!
