  Not sure of the name of the gentleman, however called and gave a code I found on the internet for a family deal of whopper meals. Very accommodating, he said come to the counter and they will honour the code. Very much appreciated. Food was delicious. Good value for the service and food. Excellent price. Thank you!!!

  Forget about McDonalds, a fresh Whopper even beats out restaurants. I don't mind waiting a little for that. The price is also quite good for what you get.

  I’d like to raise a concern about the Burger King location in Newmarket. I’ve visited multiple times, and each time coffee was not available, even though it’s normally expected at your stores. If coffee is not being served, there should at least be a clear notice at the entrance so customers are aware before ordering. In addition, the location appears unclean and poorly managed, and the overall service feels disorganized. I hope this can be addressed, as it affects the customer experience and reputation.

  This place has had various management changes over time. However, under the current management (March 2026), the employees and their customer service have been exceptional. Raven in particular stands out. He is a valuable part of the team. Exceptional customer service and friendliness. Thank you Raven!
