  My daughter usually gets nuggets or an egg mcmuffin and quite often she has quite a long wait, often comes out joking that she had to hatch and raise the chicken, then process it before they could cook it. And if she ordered something else as well it is cold by the time she gets the while order. We know it's mostly young people working their first job so we try to be patient and understanding but sometimes it does get annoying.

  Slowest McDonald’s around. Any time of day or day of the week it seems like they aren’t ready for a rush. If you’re in Newcastle, it’d probably be faster to drive to Bowmanville and back vs sitting in this drive thru

  Waited an entire hour for them to connect me with a driver for delivery, which I was okay with waiting. But then they delivered my food and a whole item was missing from my order (that I fully paid for). When I called my options were a coupon or drive in to pickup a wrap (I don’t have a license, hence why I’m using delivery in the first place.

  Not the first time I’ve waited over 5 minutes just for somebody to take my order when the drive thru is completely empty. Then they’ll take the other vehicles order before mine that just got there and then I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Terrible service employees don’t even pay attention. Will not be stopping here again will wait for a better place to stop on my way home from work.

  Went through drive through asked to make sure onions were on my mcdoubles (this place always forgets) the lady at counter changed me for extra onions; I get the burgers and there was only meat patties and a slice of cheese no sauce or anything. I go back through the drive-thru and ask them to remake it. She gets angry then when i get the burgers they covered them with half an inch of onions and smeared them all over the outside of the buns and she got very angry this time saying you asked for onions. Gave them burgers back and left. Disgusting experience
