    I ordered a mcdouble, I got single patties and they're not even fully cooked. that's a waste of ten dollars. If you truly want mcdonald's go to a different store.

    Forgot the tomato on my BLT quarter pounder... Im sure they're not (that) dumb. Most likely were too lazy to chop more tomatoes. Also the burger tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. They have messed up our order multiple times in the past. You cant even get in contact with them because they are too cheap to hire someone to answer the phone. Also they dont answer their emails.(which is literally the only way they allow you to contact them).

    There’s always an issue with the espresso machine. I get that is “old” but don’t keep saying “I’m sorry but our machine is just down RIGHT NOW” when it’s going on for weeks, and when I finally ask because of frustration on how long . I’m finally told it’s because of parts and it’s looking like months. Just remove it from your menu, or be honest about the timeline. Don’t suggest it’s just down “right now”. It leads me to believe it’s a temporary issue, and I wouldn’t drive out of my way 20 mins from Tavi for a latte, when I can settle for one at my local Tim’s

    not actually open 24 hours. been there on 4-5 occasions (all past midnight) where there's people in the building but the drive thru is closed. Food is fine when it's open.
