  As much as I adore their food and flavours and atmosphere, DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE! I have ubered from Montanas a few times and evertime they have forgotten something. Once I ordered fries with my meal and they had forgotten it. Just tonight I ordered the buttermilk chicken and they had forgotten to send me with the gravy. I do not recommend ordering online.

  We used to come here with my nana all the time, and everyone was fantastic about her accessibility needs. This was our first visit after she passed, and Iza, our server, made it a great one. Can't recommend this place and their staff enough!

  I had such a great experience at Montana’s thanks to Erin! My friend and I specifically asked to sit in her section, and she made our visit so enjoyable from start to finish. Erin was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked in at all the right times, gave great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed. We’ll absolutely be coming back—and asking for her again! We also tried the spinach dip with pita, and it was honestly so good! It came out hot and fresh, super creamy and cheesy with just the right amount of spinach. The pita was warm, soft, and perfect for dipping—way better than your typical chips. The whole combo worked really well together, and it’s definitely one of those appetizers you keep reaching for without even realizing it. Highly recommend!

  As a master reviewer for Google with over 3.3 million views, I can say this with confidence: 1️⃣Montana's is but one of the few restaurants in all of Ottawa that is worth eating at.🧑‍🍳🥩 2️⃣You never leave hungry. 🤩 3️⃣The food, - and especially the ribs - is always on point. 🤤 4️⃣The menu is well priced.🥳💵 and 5️⃣The service has always been great, and genuinely love the birthday celebration that Montana throws (I won't spoil it for those who have not experienced it). 🎉🎊 My husband and I look forward to returning soon, as we continue making the spot our biweekly restaurant of choice for date night 🍴👬🍴

  So I go to Montana on Merival Road in Ottawa. It's my very first time with my wife. We sit down. Looks like a nice place. I noticed that everybody was eating ribs . So before I ordered I don't know if I would like the ribs. So I asked the waitress for a sample. She said no. I was totally surprised She said no. I cannot sample one. I said what if I order and I don't like it. She says oh well. So I got up me and my wife we left. we went two local Heroes and was treated very well. They even gave us a sample. We liked it and we ate. I don't recommend this place for what just happened That's not the way to treat your customers
