  Ordered 2 mcgriddles before breakfast end time. Took my order returned my receipt. Never told me and switched my order to sausage mcmuffin should have checked the bag before leaving but again they switched my item without saying anything.

  I went through the drive-thru at the location in Kemptville ON. No issues on this occasion. My husband and I ordered a Quaterpounder BLT meal and a cheeseburger. I upgraded the drink to Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie. When I received my order, everything was complete. There were napkins and a straw in the bag. The food was hot and tasted just right. The service was quick and pleasant

  Tried ordering their burger product (their CEO can't even call it food) and they didn't even have my order even though I was charged and given an order code. Don't bother here. There's a Harveys across the street. Its Canadian and their food isn't slop.

  This McDonald's no longer offers soda machines, so here we go being served a large coke that is 3/4 ice. The play place is gone, and what is left is dreary depressing bland eatery. No unique style. You won't even know you are at McDonald's. What they did well, they lost in some of the worst decore I've seen. Total fail
