- AFAhn FamilyMar 20, 20261.0I made a pick up order from mcdonalds at marketplace last time about a week ago. I ordered large fries with a meal and I got regular fries. I noticed that when I got home. As you know it happens sometimes. I try to check inside the bag everytime before I leave the shop but hard to check every single time. I went there today and explained everything and asked them if I can get a large fries for medium size price and she said "No, That's not how it works." She said I have to have the receipt or anything at least. The receipt can be the proof?? The receipt shows what I got?? That's how it works?? I'm not saying that they are wrong because I don't have any proof. But what could be the proof then?? They made a mistake and they don't even try to fix it. It's not about medium or large. It's about their attitude. Anyway I'm not trying to say they are wrong but I don't feel very good about them. What do you think??

If employees want to sit and chat with customers so loud for over an hour, they should do it privately—not in the dining area where other paying customers are trying to eat in peace. One employee was talking so loudly, nonstop, for nearly two hours. It was unbelievably disruptive and showed zero consideration for anyone else in the restaurant. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
