  By far the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. Employees were too busy talking with each other about non-work related items than serving customers in line. Employees ignored multiple customers in the waiting area and not take any orders. Employees made no effort to provide update on customer orders. Staff are extremely untrained and by far the worst customer service I have seen

  Very disappointed with the service here. My husband arrived at 9:30 PM to order a chicken sandwich, only to be told it was 'too late' to prepare chicken because they close at 10:00 PM. This is the second time we’ve been given this excuse. If the doors are open, the full menu should be available. It feels like the night staff is just trying to close early instead of serving customers.

  Sneaky employees😂. I ordered online and they forgot half my entire order. When I called them about it they said sorry and that they will refund me my entire order ($32~) to my original payment method. The refund never came through 20 days later. Am I still gonna get my refund? Guy on the phone said 3-5 business days.

  It’s KFC you get what you expect when it comes to the food. But the service was insanely terrible. The place is empty. It’s always empty cause it’s a quiet location, i walked in and there were two girls working and it took them five minutes to finish their conversation while we were waiting to order, we had to interrupt them to order And I just felt very disrespectful the whole time I’m trying to order they’re just speaking in their language to each other the entire time when you should be focussing on customer service and getting your food out and dealing with your customers
