    This experience was a huge red flag. No care for customers, no respect, and incorrect orders. I will seriously think twice before visiting this location again. January 9, 2026, during the evening shift. We ordered three footlong subs, and every single one was supposed to have cheese. When we received our order, none of the sandwiches had any cheese at all. This is a basic mistake and completely unacceptable. When I mentioned that I had a coupon for three footlongs, the female employee reacted by saying “Oh my God,” which was extremely unprofessional To resolve the issue, I tried ordering through my husband’s phone, and we wasted almost 30 minutes just trying to log in, but even after that, the app still would not accept the order from my phone. Are you for realy you forget cheeseeeee,??? Basic thing not to forget…… I have worked in the restaurant industry myself, and I know how important it is to greet customers politely and handle situations calmly. At my previous workplace, we even accepted old coupons because we valued customers and wanted them to return. That’s what real customer service looks like. #firstbehavewithyourownpeople

    I would have give this location 0 if it was an option.. Very disappointing experience – poor customer service I visited this Subway location on January 9, 2026, during the evening shift. We ordered three footlong subs, all of them with cheese, but when we received our order, none of the sandwiches had any cheese at all. The biggest issue, however, was the extremely poor customer service. The staff (one male and one female employee) were rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy when we said hello. I had a coupon for 3 footlongs, and instead of politely trying to help, the staff immediately started arguing with me, repeatedly saying they don’t accept photo coupons. I calmly asked them to at least try scanning it, and if it didn’t work, I said I would place the order through the app. When I mentioned that I had a coupon for three footlongs, the female employee reacted by saying “Oh my God,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If making food feels like such a burden ,try to find something else to do….. I have worked in the restaurant industry myself, and I know how important it is to greet customers politely and handle situations calmly. At my previous workplace, we even accepted old coupons because we valued customers and wanted them to return. That’s what real customer service looks like. This experience was a huge red flag.     Pari delivered outstanding customer service during my visit to Subway. She was professional, respectful, and very attentive throughout the ordering process. Even though the store was busy, she remained calm, organized, and ensured that my order was made fresh and accurately. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out and made my experience enjoyable. Employees like Pari really make a difference, and she is definitely an asset to this Subway location.

    now everytime I go in I either get dirty tables last 6 months half the homeless people take the tables at night one guy sits there from 9pm to 530am almost everyday he is there hardly orders food or that! I complained to the supervisor about it tonight about the tables being dirty almost every time I am in there I was there around 9pm tonight I sat at a dirty table once again at least 5-6 months the tables are dirty almost every time now! The sub was still good but because of those reasons why my rating is down! Looks like a farm dump!

    I just stood in this location for 20 minutes with a lineup behind me while the singular worker in the store made 5 separate uber eats orders. Every delivery driver made passive aggressive comments to/about him while he made 3-4 subs at a time. Completely appalling decision by management, no saved labour cost is worth that level of employee mistreatment when you HAVE to know the amount of uber eats orders your store receives. When the computer kept spitting out orders I realized I was not likely to get food anytime soon and left. I feel absolutely horrible for that poor man, shame on the owners of this location.
