    The location is incredibly hard to get to by car. I ended up spending 10min circling the area trying to get into the parking lot

    Very unsanitary… while the store looks nice after the renovations, the food area looks just as dirty. The employees seemed to be fulfilling a few online orders, and they were literally rubbing the receipts on the insides of the sandwiches. While making the order the two employees kept talking to each other, causing them to not understand the order. Literally, they would ask “what do you want on the sandwich?” And then immediately start talking to their coworker while I answered. They had to double check everything because they couldn’t be bothered to listen the first time… It was rather bizarre.

    I placed an order (Order No: 940EDBDA-84) on Feb 20, 2026 through DoorDash and called the store shortly after to cancel it. The employee told me they didn’t know how to cancel the order and that only the manager could do it. Despite informing them in time, the order was still prepared and delivered. This shows poor customer service and lack of proper staff training. Customers should not be charged when they clearly request a cancellation. I request a full refund for this order.
