The one visible was the “manager” so I call him and he was quite rude, mentioning that waiters are for that purpose, but waiters were busy at that time. I didn’t know that a “manager” can’t be disturbed. At the time, I wasn’t aware that he was the manager Overall an okay experience, but the service was below what I usually expect here. Hopefully this feedback is taken constructively.

The taste of the ribs is still in my mouth. We ordered Nachos, fries, pork ribs and steak. All of it has to get 5/5 rating. And the ambience of the restaurant is amazing. Perfect lighting for an evening dinner and a romantic date. Has plenty of parking space. Highly recommended for all age groups. The waitress was very polite and also suggested their best dishes when we asked for and it all turned out to be great options.

We were very disappointed when we went there to try out their surf and turf limited time menu. We were there for 5pm and they had already ran out of lobster. They only had enough for three guests we were told. We asked if there would substitute the lobster for something else and we weren't offered anything. When our food did come, steaks were lukewarm, baked potatoes were not fully cooked and were lukewarm as well. The skewers of shrimp were cold and some complained they were partially frozen still. The service was slow, we had 20 guests and only one server who seemed not to have time to properly serve us. Our family had been in the restaurant business for a long time and this is not how the customers should be served or treated. There should have been two servers on and something should have been done about the undercooked lukewarm food. We had always done our family dinners and had previously enjoyed going to the Merivale Road location but not after this. We were very disappointed with the food and the service!!

They made my dish 100% gluten free, handled with care and the lovely owner checked on me twice making sure everting was ok. The service was phenomenal. They replaced pita chips with cut up gluten free bun and gave me carrots on the side for the four cheese spinach dip. The fire cracker burger with a gluten free bun was amazing. Bun stayed intact and didn’t fall apart, they removed the spices on the jalapeños and onions and kindly offered multiples different side dish options. Very kind and caring about my intolerance. Lovely people would dine here again :)
