Their was old lady on cash whontakinh orders I think her name was some Deb I am not sure but other staff calling her with this name she was too nice and kind. Other staff name Hasan who was at another side so I ask him what best here and he guide me share lot of options as i tried chicken buffalo spicy one with crispy jalapeño with frozen redbull peach. The food is great and also the team working was also very kind and helpful. I will come go back and also ask my friends to visit that branch for sure. Only one concern to share that this restaurant need some upgrades of furniture is getting very old need polish on those, other all good.

Any time one of these chain burger joints decides to introduce a gluten-friendly bun (really wish we had a Shake Shack in Ottawa), it will automatically become my favourite place to go.

Yesterday night, my husband and I went to this Harvey’s to pick up an order, and it turned out to be one of the most shocking experiences we have ever had at any restaurant. We drove through the drive-thru multiple times, waited more than 30 minutes in the freezing cold, and no one responded. The entire place looked abandoned, with lights still on but not a single employee in sight. After half an hour of confusion and frustration, an overweight white man in his forties finally appeared. Instead of offering any apology or help, he began shouting at us in a rude and aggressive tone. His words were incoherent, his attitude was full of hostility and arrogance, and he acted as if serving customers was beneath him. It was beyond unprofessional and completely humiliating. There was no respect, no courtesy, and no trace of basic customer service. We left feeling angry and disrespected, wondering how a place like this could still be allowed to operate. If you care about being treated with even a minimal level of respect, avoid this Harvey’s completely. The service is terrible, the staff are disgraceful, and it is a mystery how this location has not been shut down already.
