  We recently hosted a birthday party of over 50 people at this restaurant, and despite how busy and hectic the night was, the team went above and beyond for us. Vanessa and Hannah were incredible—attentive, patient, and constantly doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. The kitchen team also deserves a huge shout-out for getting all of the orders out as quickly as possible under so much pressure. We truly appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication. Thank you for helping make our celebration a memorable one!

  Honestly very disappointed. I would not recommend having a party or celebration here as they do not know how to properly deal with everyone's order. For example: I ordered a water and it took 20 mins (yes for a water) My cousin ordered chocolate milk for there 3 kids and it took 50 mins. I ordered a chicken caesar salad (when I ordered my water). Everyone else then ordered. I got my food last. Everyone else got there foods, ate & where putting the rest in Togo containers BEFORE my salad arrived. I asked 4 times where was the salad I ordered they said "oh they are still making it". I was so frustrated and upset I went outside for fresh air. Finally they bring my salad then they brought the cake out for birthday celebration. Oh and for a $20 salad it was very souggy, and a very small portion. The plate was 3x bigger than the actual salad.

  Food was good but service was very bad. We were served by a tall guy (wearing Sanchez sports shirt). He was judging us all the time. My friend ordered Pizza meal with all you can eat soup, he immediately said only one person gets soup, and we don't get to share it. We told him we are ordering another lunch meal so don't worry. We also ordered Salmon plate with Salad. At the time of payment, I added $5 tip on the machine, and he started shaking head and asked, "was the service bad". I replied no, but we haven't left yet, my friend is gonna tip some cash too, he did the fake laugh. My friend also gave him $5. That's total of $10 in tip and he still wasn't happy. This very unprofessional. We don't even have to tip if we want, and if the restaurant is making the tip madatory and they should mention on the menu or say before customers order. Very disappointed!

  If I could give less stars I would. I have never experienced a positive experience at this location. First time I went here I went with my spouse and 2 young kids, we waited over an hr for our food. By the time we received our food we had to pack up and go because the kids could no longer sit after waiting so long. We figured maybe they were having a busy night. Second time we went food came out cold not even remotely warm, we complained and the GM said to mention his name next time and they would provide a discount however did nothing at the time. Third time we received a gift certificate for east sides so we thought this time we would try take out. Well you can’t order online to pay in store and when we called the store they refused to take an order over the phone stating we’d have to walk in to place the to go order and wait in the parking lot for our food to be made. This is not customer friendly. Will not be returning here.
