    Apparently no matter how good of a customer you are, you are still limited to the same mortal coils as everyone else. I was disallowed from using my drink cup for a refill. Did I stand for this? Of course not. It’s a cruel world and bad things happen to good establishments - say goodbye to your napkins…

    Absolutely horrible service made me wait for 20 minutes to get my food. I was first in line, but they kept serving other people that were in the back of the line before they would cash me out.

    We had been ordering food from here since its opening and have seen a drastic decrease in the volume and quality of food. We ordered a bowl to take away and kid wanted extra chicken so paid for that turned out to be burned and having bones. You are not expecting both right and like many have pointed below hardly they have chicken or other vegetables as looks like left over for most part. Please change before it’s too late and you have customers going elsewhere as everyone have choices. Can’t blame the staff as am sure it’s the management trying to profit out of customers

    They for sure short change you here on everything. Especially meat. They'll make the burrito look huge by tossing in extra handfuls of lettuce. Don't ask for guac as you'll get a tablespoon but be charged $4. Only certain staff members even know how to wrap a burrito. Sometimes you have to wait for an experienced member to help with that. During the lunch rush. Also takes me about $40 to actually get full here. All fast food is dead folks. All of it.
