  Amazing service from Emma the server! So attentive and so kind! Our bread broad was neverrrr empty! We recommend her if you are ever dinning at east sides bells corners!!

  Great experience!! Came here for my birthday a couple weeks ago and had a delicious meal. Shoutout to our server Kailyn!! She made our experience so much more special. Very attentive and friendly, went above and beyond. Highly recommend this specific East Side Mario’s! Thanks for the incredible dinner for my birthday. ✨

  I haven’t been to this East Side Mario’s in years but the staff here is wonderful! We were seated right away and our server Kaylyn was the sweetest. She gave us amazing recommendations and answered our many, many questions about the menu with no problems. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back soon!!

  Had a pick up order, went in and stood at the bar as the sign indicates after standing and watching staff look over at me standing there but continued to chat for about 10 minutes someone finally came to the bar. Still didn’t greet me or ask me what I needed but greeted the other customers at the bar. I waved over the server after she was done with the people at the bar. She goes and checks in my order, then instead of coming and letting me know an ETA she walks past me with who I’m assuming is the manager not acknowledging me at all hugging and laughing. I wait another 5-7 minutes until she comes back to the bar and lets me know they are packing my order, then I continue to wait another 10 minutes for my order. If it was really busy I might understand but the place maybe had 5 tables and only 3 people at the bar.

  I came to the East Side Mario’s on Robertson Road for my 17th birthday with five of my friends, and we had an amazing time. The food was phenomenal everything came out hot, fresh, and tasted great! (especially the garlic loaf 🥹) It was the perfect place to celebrate. What really made the experience special though was our waiter, Desiree. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made us feel really comfortable, joked around with us, and shared a lot of laughs throughout the night. It honestly felt like she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Huge props to Desiree!! she’s really sweet and made my birthday dinner even better. We’ll definitely be coming back! And when we do, we hope we have her again!! :))
