  When you talk about Customer Service and common sense this place doesn’t have it ! When you need extra BarBQ sauce you can’t get two you need to get up from your chair every time you want some Sauce I asked for a larger sauce cause I order a half chicken they respond you aha e to pay for it … go back to the table get your emty sauce and come refill. I asked for the logic and they told me the paper cups are inventoried !!! Do better Swiss Chalet you as bad as the Kingston location ! Then we wonder why this restaurant chain is slowing disappearing … obviously customer service and satisfaction ain’t part of the journey ! The good news is for people stopping here you have the choice of several restaurants

  Ordered a meat rib/chicken dinner from Uber Eats, but the order arrived with only ribs. I called the restaurant, and they said they couldn’t help because I ordered through Uber Eats. I then contacted Uber Eats, and they told me my order doesn’t qualify for a refund. I paid $70 for ribs and a salad. The restaurant should take responsibility, as it was their mistake for not packing the order correctly. I will never order from this location again. The excuse they gave was that they were too busy.

  Somebody was sweeping the floor by our table while we ate. That's gross. Had to ask for cutlery which took awhile so food was cold. Fries added and paid for which weren't requested. The restaurant was freezing cold. On a positive note the staff were all very nice.

  TERRIBLE!! I Ordered curb side pick up for 5:10 and never received my order. I picked up my order inside after 20 minutes of waiting and my order was sitting on the counter, cold. At 5:40, I got a text telling me my order would be out shortly. I was already home chewing on soggy chicken wrap. Save your money and go to a real Swiss Chalet.

  Staff was very friendly and checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything and the food was good.
