Secondly I'd guess the person on break out back is either smoking with the back door open or smoking in the building. I'll say it again. This is illegal I guess a phone call is in order. Love KFC but the service has just plummeted, my wife won't even go into the resteraunt anymore based off the disrespect given to her by the staff which Is why I order delivery. The worst part is, I gave a tip when I pre paid.
