  Most terrible ownership I have ever seen. Big bully runs the counter. Don’t dare ask for fresh food or you will be told to go elsewhere. Major problems with owner - angry and bully. Come in at lunch time a weekend and not a single person eating there. I wonder why???? Owner hates coupons . I now drive to Kingston For KFC- better service and quality. Owner does not bully you. Napanee has gone down the hole. Wagers on how long they last with the owner bully. Disgusting ownership and attitude. If you hate your life do something else buddy. It’s written all over your face big bully. Ownership before was much better. Residence of Napanee for more than 20 years. Never again Napanee KFC. Disgusting attitude. Turns your mood off. A hundred other places to eat where they care about the customer quality of food and satisfaction. I am not the only one - look at all the terrible reviews. The owner is not suitable for KFC franchise and needs to be doing something else.

  Had an issues with my chicken and called in and was told I could get not even half of my order replaced which was a single item or I could get $20 back when I spent $60 😂😂 won’t be going back

  The smell of smoke! Cigarette smoke. 1 person working , 1 on break in dining area and one out back and cigarette smoke. First of all it is illegal! Secondly I'd guess the person on break out back is either smoking with the back door open or smoking in the building. I'll say it again. This is illegal I guess a phone call is in order. Have a great week.

  Probably the dirtiest kfc in Ontario. With two men just standing in the back doing nothing, no hats, no hair net. Front of house is sticky with garbage on tables and mess all over the pop machine area

  Delivery was 40 minutes past when it was supposed to arrive. Driver was busy on the phone and laughed about how the guys at the store said it was a timed order. Love KFC but the service has just plummeted, my wife won't even go into the resteraunt anymore based off the disrespect given to her by the staff which Is why I order delivery. The worst part is, I gave a tip when I pre paid.
