I asked a few questions to understand what would be best to order, and although she answered, her tone came across as quite rude. After deciding and paying for my order, I noticed she didn’t provide a receipt. I stepped out briefly and came back after about 3–5 minutes to ask how I would receive my food — whether I needed to go to a specific station or wait somewhere, since it was quite busy. She raised her voice and said I had to wait for my food, which I completely understood, but when I tried to clarify further, she ignored me and wouldn’t even look at me while I was speaking. I completely understand that it was busy and that staff may have been under pressure, or perhaps she was having a difficult day, but this kind of behavior felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe guests should be treated politely regardless of how busy it gets.

Not something you want to hear about while eating. I asked her and the two other ladies to take their conversation to where the guest didn't have to hear it and they just snickered as one said tell her to leave we own it. Older lady with glasses was very polite and worked our entire visit.
