Ordered a meal for the family through Skip the Dishes. When the food arrived we were missing a meal. Called and spoke to the restaurant and they weren't willing to offer any type of solution other than to contact Skip. It wasn't Skip's fault I was missing food, you didn't pack it! Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
Im giving 5 stars, why? Food was as expected for md's. but what i really liked was the extremely kind staff. Not sure who the younger person is who works second window but she obviously loves her job and is extremely friendly. Will come back for sure

Always a disappointment, requested an additional habanero dip on side, got charged too but no dip 😞 like u made me wait in drive through 10 mins and to go home to this?

I regularly order a large cappuccino from McDonald’s and usually pay around $3.87. However, at this Mount Hope location I was charged $5.50 for the exact same drink. That’s a noticeable price difference for no clear reason. Would appreciate some consistency.
i ordered Two L cappuccino coast 11.05$?!!

Gave them a second chance tonight. Placed an order at 6:03, For basic McDonald’s items: Big Macs and french fries. At 6:21 she was still waiting, where they told her to pull over and wait. When I called to see what was going on, I was given complete attitude by the person who answered the phone who never once apologized for the wait. We will not be returning. I would rather drive down the road to the location at upper James.
Had to make two trips in order to get our entire order. They forgot to pack the blueberry pies. They were very apologetic, which was lovely, but when I went back to get them, they were burnt but I didn’t know until I got home. The big Mac were thrown together, patties not even on the burger proper and sauce all over. The second time I went, I drove away just to realize they forgot the fries. I went back and got them, but still….0/2.
