  I would never come back to this location. Flavorless Chicken Pad Thai and my husband's rice was hard. What a waste of money.

  I had a wonderful experience at Thai Express! Mr. Taj took my order and was extremely professional, polite, and attentive. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and made me feel valued as a customer. The food was absolutely amazing — 10/10 for taste and quality! The service was just as impressive — a solid 10/10. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. Highly recommend this place — definitely a must-visit if you’re craving great Thai food and excellent service! 😊

  Not sure what happened to this franchise or if it's this location. No issues with any customer service but their quality of food has dropped dramatically. The stir fry I ordered was a vegetable one but there was very tiny minced carrots and only 5 of them and very minced tiny Bok Choy and only 4-5 of them. No other vegetables, just over sauced rice. The stir fried use to have green peppers, Bok Choy or other leafy greens, baby corn, circle cut carrots, celery, and etc. Sadly, now there's nothing, no texture and no crunch due to no vegetables. I understand prices are higher now everywhere but paying $17 for just rice and tofu makes no sense. I use to enjoy this franchise but now I'm paying double for nothing in my order.

  I had such an amazing experience at this Thai Express location! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were patient, kind, and genuinely made me feel appreciated as a customer. The food was absolutely incredible — you can truly tell it was made with care and lots of love. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I also ordered a bottled pop and a few add-ons, including extra tofu, and I was SO happy to see that when I paid for extra tofu, I actually received a generous amount. That might seem small, but it makes such a difference — and not every location gets that right! I left feeling very happy and completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to have such a positive experience, and I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend! 😊
