Overall, Taco Bell delivers exactly what it promises: fast, tasty, and budget-friendly food with a fun twist. Great for cravings, but best enjoyed in moderation.

  The workers are so extremely incompetent. After each item I order, they say one moment then come back after 3 minutes. They always mess up a part of the order or miss an ingredient in an item. The customer service is horrible. Most of them also don’t understand the English language. Total uselessness from the employees.

  The service at this location is so bad. I could be the only customer in the store waiting in line and I can wait up to 10 mins to get served. Usually the fries are cold. If I ask for the box meal to be upgraded with me paying extra they always have an excuse not to be able to accommodate. The tables are always dirty and seats ripped. They are so worried about drive thru and pickups or Uber Eats that they don’t really care about customers walking in!!! I will not be back

  Let’s get serious, you don’t go to Taco Bell for good food, but for a guilty pleasure. This place was neither. They put nacho garbage on my fries, didn’t put chives on fries supreme, the tacos were almost empty, didn’t give us any forks or napkins, and were painfully slow! All at a price of $80 for 5 people! At one point I thought he was trying to ignore me! I will not return to this location, I don’t recommend anyone else does either!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this location. The customer service has been consistently poor, with staff often being rude and taking an unusually long time to prepare orders, sometimes 5 to 10 minutes even when it’s not busy.The cleanliness of the store is also concerning, as it often appears unsanitary and not properly maintained. Additionally, I’ve noticed the store closing earlier than posted hours on multiple occasions. There have been times where staff appeared to prioritize personal gatherings over serving customers, which is unacceptable. On one occasion, I felt uncomfortable due to a staff member behaving in an aggressive manner toward me. That kind of conduct is completely inappropriate and should not be tolerated.I strongly believe this location would benefit from better management oversight and properly trained staff who are professional, respectful, and focused on providing good customer service. If these issues continue, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to head office and, if necessary, involve the appropriate authorities. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements.
