    The team was really friendly, from the wait staff to those behind the takeout counter. I had a pleasant banter with Sohagi while my food was being prepared. I can see that they enjoyed their coworkers and that showed with how they treated their customers

    Came in for lunch and had a great experience at Swiss Chalet! The host (Palo, I think) was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. I got to enjoy some of my favourite dishes, and everything was just as good as I remembered. It’s always a reliable spot, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

    Sohiela was an amazing waitress and truly made our visit memorable. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food arrived hot and fresh, and her service made the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting definitely ask for Sohiela you won’t be disappointed! I know we will be back!

    First time visiting this location. Sohiela was amazing! We came during lunch hour on a weekday - Sohiela was the only server in the area but she was quick and efficient in taking our order and proving service. Our food came out piping hot - our drinks were refilled without even asking. 10/10 service - Swiss chalet is always reliable.

    Updating my 5 star to 1 star. Food took forever to come out (usual at this location) Gf received the pinkest, most under cooked chicken I have ever seen come out of a kitchen. Fine, we will get another one. THE CHICKEN AGAIN IS PINK. Waitress didnt seem to care. She just gave us our bill and exact words she used "because you didnt like your chicken, we will make it free" Are you crazy woman? WHY DO YOU THINK IT WASNT LIKED. Requested a manager and didnt even get one to come out to us. This location used to be great once an upon a time. I don't know who the manager is but you should be ashamed of the food that comes out of your kitchen; and whoever sent that food out thinking its remotely edible, TWICE... you should be fired. Utter garbage food, unsympathetic staff and shitty attitudes.
