  We came in for my mom's 85th birthday and was pleasantly greeted and immediately seated with a window seat. Our server Kris, (with a K:) welcomed us and told us about the features and made my mom feel so special! She surprised us with a birthday dessert at the end of our meal. My mom said Kris was so sweet and catered to her needs. The food was great too. The chicken and fish/Shrimps were a nice treat! Thanks for a great experience and great service!!

  I have been to this location in the past and was disappointed so we were hesitant to go again; however today we went for my daughter's birthday and it was AMAZING. The service from Kris was the best. She helped us quickly get the kiddos set and happy. She checked ok us multiple times and anticipated our needs. The food was fresh and hot. I wouldnt hesitate to go back again!

  This place closes way too early. Stop taking customers at 8:30pm. One less place to consider for late dinner. Other location closes later which makes more sense.

  I recently hosted a group event at Swiss Chalet’s Meadowvale location, and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had a large group of over 30 people, and despite weekends typically not being open for reservations, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the very first phone call, every interaction was met with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine care. Calls were returned promptly, and the entire booking process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Godwin the kitchen manager for helping secure and organize our reservation. On the day of our visit, everything ran seamlessly. The serving staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly well-organized. Food and service were timely, and managing a group of our size couldn’t have been easy, but they handled it effortlessly. We also really appreciated how well the billing was managed—everything was accurate and organized, with no confusion at all. Shelley, the manager, was just as welcoming and professional as the rest of the team, which truly reflects the strong leadership at this location. We are extremely grateful to the entire team for accommodating our large group! Highly recommend this location—an easy 5 stars! (Picture of some of our group - faces blurred for privacy)

  Kris was an outstanding server! Best service I have ever had. She was very attentive friendly and attentive to me and my niece and as a senior I often go to restaurants and Kris was by far the best as I have been served by many different servers! She has initiative and really takes care of her customers! Amazing personality as well! We also really enjoyed our meals as they came out promptly, nice hot and fresh! Can’t wait to return soon! Thank you dear Kris! 😍☺️😋❤️
