  Worst experience at this location. They didn’t put enough veggies on my sandwich and salad as well, ( tomatoes & cucumbers are toooo thin sliced) the old guy ( looks like the owner’s attitude was on top ) …

  I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and they barely scooped out enough chicken, it was not as much as I usually get… I asked for a bit more and they refused to make me the sub.. Also, the lettuce was all brown… I am disappointed!

  Avi was amazing! He provided excellent customer service, was very friendly, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. He was patient, attentive, and had a great attitude throughout. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  I used Uber Eats to order two 6 inch subs for my elderly parents. First time ever using the app, I accidentally clicked it or did not click not to be toasted. I literally called within two minutes of placing the order on Uber Eats directly to this location. Told the girl on the phone that I did not want the bread toasted she informed me after only two minutes of ordering the subs were already made. I clearly made it understood I made a mistake, but did not want the bread toasted. This location and these people should have remade the order to satisfy the customer or at least allow over two minutes of time to correct the order. The order was still in the store when I called they could have remade it and not give me the excuse that it’s already done. Other fast food locations such as McDonald’s or Tim Hortons would simply remake the order to make the customer happy. I can’t believe this took place losing minimal profit just to be cheap is unacceptable and these people working here should be ashamed of themselves for not having common sense to do the right thing without having to be told. Very unhappy with the service here and the people. Shame on you and shame on this location.

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Avi. He was very friendly, patient, and handled my order quickly even during a busy time. The sandwich was made exactly how I wanted, with fresh ingredients and good attention to detail. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Definitely appreciate the great service! 👍👍
