  This location is literally right outside my building and I have personally gone there to dine in and take out before too many times. Never had an issue before. The young girls working there are very welcoming and sweet. They make my sub with so much love. When I say extra I get extra. I just picked my food up right now and thought it tasted different so opened it up to see this. I had also asked for toasted and it wasn’t. The bread so soft and chewy. The bread stays crispy even if it gets cold and this was terrible. The amount of veggies I got was shocking, it’s like I asked those ladies to grow these veggies in their garden and add it to my sub after lol. As for the second sub, it’s a veggie sub and I asked for extra veggies I’m so mad. Is this the kind of service you want to be known for ?? There were two older ladies working and I’m sad it has come to this. I asked for extra olives, lettuce and jalapeños. When I say extra I want more than a regular amount. I wouldn’t even consider this regular amount!! Never having it picked up again.

  Was at the KINGSBRIDGE location in Mississauga Subway. We had made an inline order but did not request Panini press and the staff on Saturday 18th April was very helpful and was accommodating to changes with veggies and also suggested panini press which definitely made the sandwiches hot and enjoyed it.

  Worst service from the employees and the staff was very rude. They also didn't change the gloves for vegetarian sub and keep on saying the same thing that you can only get the things which is mentioned on remote order even though I mentioned banana peppers but still didn't add it on the sub. I am a regular customer here but previously I have never faced such issues but the new staff members are too rude.

  One of the worst subay of GTA. Vegetables are stale not fresh. If you ask sandwich artist to put sufficient vegetables , sauces and cheese ,they refuse on the face. Ready to pay for the extra still dont make sandwich properly. Dont go there.

  Great BREAD sandwich. Footlong sub - 6 skinny pieces of turkey, 4 pieces of cheese, they counted the tomato and cucumber slices and spread them out. Only thing that was abundant was the lettuce. One positive - fresh bread. Will not go there again. Makes me wonder what would go n a 6 inch sub … If I worked there, I could not take someone’s money for that kind of product. Can’t blame employees, they are doing what they are told to do.
