I bought a power bowl and asked for the sauce on the side (because it gets soggy if you don't eat it right away). The clerk (DHABI) tried charging $1 per sauce on the side. And after all of this they had the nerve to ask for a tip. Absolutely PATHETIC!

This location is in the Credit Valley Hospital where they are guaranteed to have a constant flow of customer traffic. This location is only busy because you are served by one staff member. Never smiling, usually talking to someone on their earpiece, and doesn't pay attention to your order. The line-ups are long and you can hear the customers complaining, "why only one staff member?" The condiments, bread buns, and cookies are fresh as well as the restaurant is clean.
