    Don't ever go to this location if you are placing an online order. you will definitely get less than what you ordered . if you want to go either be there in person or look for another location. I had placed an online order on APRIL 25 08:02 PM for veggie delite under the promo BOGOFL. when I went to collect the order the order was ready. I felt it was not as expected. I came home and checked and as expected the order was not at all to my expectations the quantity was not even the regular portion. in my online order I had ordered for extra for the toppings. it seems they just prepared the order in a hurry and didn't bother to notice the online order. I had ordered earlier on FEB 27 07:30 PM also but after reaching the restaurant and checked how the order was fulfilled and it was according to my expectation. This time on APRIL 25 at 08;02 PM, it was not even the regular quantity. I would like to have this taken seriously. We are not placing the order for free. The quantity was not for the quantity paid. When asked the staff in this location - they didn't bother to address my issue and told that it was according to the order. It was nowhere near to the order. I would like to talk to restaurant owner/Manager and address this issue seriously so that the other's don't suffer. This has to be taken seriously. what I understood from this service is that only if you are present there in person - they would at least bother to prepare the order properly. But if an online order it's not taken seriously and just prepared in hurry assuming the customer would not be noticing it. If there is any review less than 1 (0 or less than that I would definitely give that to this location)

    I had a great experience at Subway thanks to new staff girl ! She was very friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and quick service really stood out. The store was clean, and everything was fresh. It’s always nice to be served by someone who truly cares about customers. Keep up the great work, Girl !

    I'm not going to this place until they change the female staff who is extremely rude, 0 stars, we don't come to these restaurants to see the rude faces and behaviour

    I went to this subway today, the girl there named “komal” had no courtesy of customer service at all. She was very rude and dismissive. She was on a phone call constantly talking with someone on the phone. Also, her phone kept ringing when making the sandwich. Even after telling her that we would like to customize our order she didnt listen and kept doing it on her own. The bread was completely stale and has cracks in it very hard to chew and the vegetables was freezing cold. After confronting it to her, she was very rude and said I just baked it two hours ago which clearly was a lie and also, said everyone comes here no one complained you are first one. She didnt even gave me manager number or the customer service number. I seriously didnt expect this level of customer service from this subway as I usually go there. But for sure, I am not going back in because of the staff rudeness and the level of service they provide.
