  Genuinely shocked this place is still open? Unprofessional and unprompted rude service to the point where the staff overcharges you and when politely pointed out, they YELL, yes yell, at you and tell you it's not their problem. Never have I experienced a more disrespectful and blatant disregard to basic customer service and decent human conduct. If this is how they act with customers, I don't want to know how they choose to prepare their food behind closed doors. 🤢

  Worst service and Subway location ever. The service is extremely poor, and the lady working at the store was very rude. I don’t usually complain, but I would have given a zero-star rating if that were an option.

  Bought a whole wheat teriyaki sub from them , just needed two sips of water to take my medicine, asked for fresh tap water ( can’t drink cold bottled water ) , she wanted $2.50 for cup only !! Never going again to people who have no mankind left in them !!!

  Staff lacks customer service and manners. Guy at night didn’t close the store. It was their time to Close and I went inside. Instead of greeting and politely saying it, he gave me a rude look and indecently waved his hand.
