  Prakriti took the time to ask how my day was going even at 4:30am in the middle of an overnight shift. She completed my 3 sandwich order quickly even as two other customers came and demanded her attention. Her good and kind work was appreciated!

  I work at the airport and regularly get my lunch from this Subway and honestly, the quality has been consistently terrible. Most of the time the bread is stale and so hard that I end up throwing away majority of my sandwich. I've held back from leaving a review multiple times, hoping things would improve, but today was the final straw. Once again the bread was extremely stale and rock hard but after a few bites I noticed there was actual MOLD on it. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. I felt extremely sick after eating it and ended up throwing up twice. This is a serious health and safety issue. Serving moldy food is beyond unacceptable, and I will be reporting this location to the health and safety department. Avoid this place.

  I recently visited Subway and had a good experience overall. The sandwiches were fresh, and I liked being able to choose exactly what I wanted in my sub. The bread tasted good, and the vegetables seemed crisp and well-prepared. The staff were polite and worked quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The place was clean, which made the visit more comfortable. The only downside was that it felt a little expensive for what you get, but the quality and customization make up for it. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a quick and customizable meal.

  I don’t usually expect much from airport food, but the Subway at YYZ was a total standout! From start to finish, the staff were amazing—super friendly, incredibly efficient, and they handled the airport rush with total ease. The ingredients were fresh, the shop was clean, and my sub was made exactly how I wanted it. It’s easily the best pre-flight meal option if you’re looking for something reliable and fast. Great service and a great meal!

  Food quality, service & cleanness is excellent, and the team work also great. Overall the Manager Veenu Sharma is training her team very well and the Restaurant alive within the excellent customer service.
