Compared to the Square One location, which feels much more like a comfortable “work from café” space where you can sit, relax, and work for hours, this Heartland location felt quite different. This outlet comes across more as a quick-stop, takeaway-friendly spot. There are seating options available, but the space is quite busy and doesn’t really feel like a cozy or quiet place to sit and work for long periods. It feels more suited for a quick meal and move-on rather than a relaxed work session. The ambience here was a bit disappointing in that sense, especially if you’re looking for a calm working environment. Otherwise, the restaurant itself is fine for a quick visit and the service is better than the one near Squareone

Cashier was friendly and provided suggestions along with details on ingredients. I would highly suggest getting the Caprese on focaccia and broccoli and cheddar soup!
