  I am definitely not happy with the service here. I’ve visited a few times during quiet afternoon hours, only to find the counter completely unattended; I had to wait several minutes just for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Additionally, during a drive-thru visit, I was told they don't sell small milk. When I simply asked to be charged for a small coffee but have the cup filled with milk instead, the staff member just said they couldn't do that. The lack of attentiveness and basic flexibility is very frustrating."

  Ordered the NHL Star Sticks combo meal as well as a cheeseburger with large fries through the mobile app for pickup. Noticed that they forgot the NHL Star Stick in the bag.. which was the whole point of ordering that meal so we went in to let them know that was missing which they apologized for. However, after going home, not only were the fries from the combo meal overcooked, but they forgot my large fries as well. Given the previous reviews, it seems like a reoccurring issue that should be resolved.

  Too many hidden charges, while restricted by computer driven items, should you change bacon with Chicken they will charge extra. Plus miss out on cheese ?? Flees the customer seems the motto. Mind you no beef at all, unlike USA

  I visit this store often, and the English muffins on my breakfast sandwiches are burned almost every time. This has been a repeated issue, and it affects both the taste and my confidence in the food’s quality. Burnt food isn’t good for health, and other McDonald’s locations do not have this problem. Please correct the toasting process. Customers should not be served burnt food.

  Quick drive thru service normally although wait times might vary as per the lineup and staff.
