  The drive thru workers don’t care to communicate politely to their customers, taking the order was not being very through or asking me questions if I wanted anything else. Even the lady giving the order was dismissive. Ontop of all of that, there was egg shells in my egg McMuffin. Disgusted and disappointed with this location. Quality manager needs to overlook staff here.

  I have never experienced such blatant disrespect at a drive-thru. From the start, the employee was incredibly rude, snapping "Is that all?" and "Are you getting anything else?" after every single item we ordered. The situation turned into an actual confrontation at the window. When we asked to add one drink to our order, the employee began yelling at us, "I’M NOT ADDING ANYTHING TO YOUR ORDER!" When we asked why, she continued to yell, "BECAUSE THERE’S A LINE UP BEHIND YOU!" When we asked for a manager, she screamed that she was the only one working and no manager was present. This turned out to be false, as a manager eventually came to the window. However, instead of resolving the issue, the manager simply apologized for the attitude while stating they still wouldn't add the drink because "it’s too far for the employee to walk to get it." The cause of understaffing should not be at the cost of basic customer service. Being short-staffed is a management challenge, but it is never an excuse for employees to yell at customers or for management to refuse a simple order addition because it's "too far to walk." If this location is too overwhelmed to provide a basic level of service without hostility, they shouldn't be open. We left without our full order and will not be returning.

  Very bad experience with my order today. Almost everything we ordered was wrong. Items were missing, some food was not prepared properly, and the quality was really disappointing.

  Extremely rude staff at night. 21st march 2026, 3:15 am A girl with glasses. Showing attitude for no reason. To the shift manages. Please only schedule people who are okay with working nights cz this one clearly doesn’t or perhaps she doesn’t wanna work at all.
