  Absolutely best fries we’ve ever had a a McDonalds. I do not know who’s running the staff today but this McDonald’s was on point. Clean fast fresh and legitimately some of the best McDs we’ve ever had. Whoever is manager today deserves a raise.

  Visiting Mississauga, ordered the chicken Big Mac, the restaurant misheard eventhough I clearly said chicken Big Mac. I had already driven 5 mins before I saw. I decided to come back because I don’t eat McDonald’s beef. Rather than owning the mistake and saying yeah sorry we messed up let us make it right. They were like it’s a dollar more???!! Like what about the time and effort to come back? Is it right to ask a frustrated customer for a dollar? They did end up apologizing and giving me extra fries but that was after I called out bad customer service and a review. Not going to blame the employee but there needs to be better customer service training to handle these situations.

  The manager missed up the order. Once at the window she was extremely rude ans screaming..on Tuesday at 11:20 am. I missed her name. The corporation should look in to thus matter. I dont recommend anyone buying from here. She shouldn't be working here. She has 0 customer service kills.

  I have gone through the drive thru several times and the food is always hot and the service always polite. The manager(s) at this location are doing a great and should be recognized by the organization. Especially when most places don't take pride in what they do. This location is great 👍.

  I always visit this store and this is my worst experience so far!! Had 2 separate orders for Spicy Mccrispy!! For the first order I had to wait more than 15 minutes for just 1 burger and the other burger was with less sauce, when asked to give extra sauce she’s asking me for the burger to add sauce! Total cross contamination and then she agrees to gice sauce on the side!! Later with the second burger they give me an uncooked patty which is such a turn off! So far such a horrible experience, will never visit this store ever again!! The staff is super rude and zero customer service skills. Upon asking the manager Kiran was not at all helpful! After so much wait, she was ok to replace the uncooked burger! Guys please learn to treat your loyal customers right!!
