  I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald's. I waited about 15 minutes just to get a simple coffee, which is unacceptable for such a basic order. To make matters worse, I was the one who had to follow up and ask about my order—it seemed like it was completely forgotten. It also felt like all the staff were focused only on the drive-thru, while customers inside were being ignored. Customer service and time management clearly need improvement at this location. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of service is disappointing and not what customers expect.

  well.........where do i start......I was in the car with two friends and we all wanted to order through the app for drive-thru pick up. once at the order point I was told I was only able to pick up TWO orders and when we asked for a reason non were provided. we were told we would have to drive back through the line to get the third order! How ridiculous! when we got to the window I asked for the manager and another girl came to speak to us with the manager (Liza) behind her. With no one behind us we asked politely, if we could have the third order because we felt it was not necessary to drive all the way back around to pick up a mobile order that SHOULD have been ready! She also screamed at her employee from across the restaurant, ensuring that we would only get two orders instead of all three........ When we confronted the manager (Liza) she did not take accountability and kept trying to make excuse. Do better with your staff McDonalds.................very VERY disappointed will not be coming back. Order #s available if needed.

  Andrew the senior manager is very rude I was trying to talk to him about getting my food because they left the floor dirty and slipped and he started cussing at us telling us to leave when all we wanted was Jude to talk

  Worst Mcdonalds I been to in a long time. Ordered on the app and stared at my bag for 15 minutes before it was given to me. I would drive pass this one if I were you.
