At first, no one was at the counter, and I wasn't sure how long I would need to wait. The shift manager, Sachintha, was helping pack orders but came to mine as soon as he noticed me. I appreciated that. Unfortunately, most of thebtime, the staff don't seem to care. 👍

This leaves a sticky residue where I sip, and the hot steam reacts with the thermal paper. Please consider placing the sticker on the side of the cup instead.

This was really disappointing, especially since one of the meals was supposed to be vegetarian. I hope the team pays closer attention to order accuracy, as this can be a serious issue for customers with dietary restrictions.
