- TWTL WMC3 days ago1.0These people hate their job. Managers are cocky and combative, everything you don't want to represent the brand. The morning female manager can not control her power trip and is beyond unprofessional. The mid shift male manager can't take the pressure and lashes out at customers. This is a franchisee location and it shows.

- TZTom ZejerApr 2, 20261.0Can't describe my disappointment with service at McDonald's. Happened for me before but this Tuesday at this location was last straw. Placed order at self-service terminal ( small order vanilla cone,sundae and smoothie) and wait patiently for order. After 15 minutes of waiting decided to cancel order as for refund. To my surprise order was ready and no one was bothered to pass order to costumer. When I requested refund I was offered partially melted sundae and leaking cone. I notice the problem is system wide. Employee preformance is measure by speed of the orders get out in that case Employee confirm complete order before actually giving you the order ( like in my case) Happened before. Never happened at competition ( starting wit W..) I guess this is my place to get my snacks and food. This is my choice you can do whatever you want I just don't want get my kids disappointed again.

She couldn't explain it and didn't apologize for her mistake. I asked for a manager, who refunded the difference, but didn't bother to apologize either. Horrible customer service !!!
