  I placed an order at McDonald’s drive through this morning at 5:10 AM on April 11. The girl at the last window who handed me the order was very rude and uneducated in how she spoke. When I asked for ketchup, she had already given me the order without any ketchup. She said I was lying and that she had already put it in the bag. When I checked again, there was no ketchup. So I had to go back and stand in line again. I told her that she had lied because there was no ketchup. Then she finally gave it to me, but said a few rude things and walked away. She was very disrespectful. Someone like her should have the sense to behave properly while working. If she doesn’t want to work, she should leave the job—there are many other people who need work and would do it properly.”

  Order number is 1034, April 4th around 10:40 AM, ordered $40 worth of food, I asked if everything was in the bag, manager said yes and then they forgot our hashbrowns. Already got on the train so couldn't go back to get refund. Tried calling them and no one picked up.

  I had a terrible experience at this place . I waited 45 minutes for a very small order while other customers were getting served and leaving. There was no proper order management at all. After such a long wait, my order was still incomplete. When I finally asked about it, there was no apology or accountability from the staff. I ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund. I wasted nearly an hour of my time and left without any food. Completely unacceptable service.

  I ordered spicy habenaro mcchicken extra value meal with no lettuce at drive thru through mobile order. They Let me wait and told me to take another roynd of drive through also they gave me wrong drink i got it changed and then they gave me stale cold fries along with torn bun and stale cold burger with lettuce which i choose not to add. Disgusting and poor hospitality. Never gonna order from this place.

  Terrible customer service. They made a mistake with my family’s order and refused to fix it. We ordered two NHL Star Sticks Meals for the kids and used the “2 Can Dine” meal deal from the McDonald’s app for my wife and me. All of the meals were supposed to come with Big Macs, except for the cheeseburger that we ordered on the side. However, we ended up receiving only three Big Macs and two cheeseburgers. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to correct the order. Unfortunately, McDonald’s quality has deteriorated quite a bit over the past few years. 😠🍔
