  24 hours but I got there and was told it's change over.so I asked how long.to be told we don't know.wow then why are you 24 hours when clearly your not.faluse advertising

  We were in drive thru, payment window was closed and were waiting for 5 mins no way to know that we had to pay in the front. We trying to get their attention and staff was ignoring us.

  Worst experience at a McDonald’s ever. I had return to the store two times in less than hour for them to correct my order. Absolutely unprofessional, in spite of letting them know that they made a mistake the 2nd time I came to the store, they did not even have the basic courtesy of admitting or even apologizing. Instead, I was offered a complimentary apple pie for the trouble after I reminded them that I can get complimentary dessert that I didn’t ask for but an apology only came after I said all that. My wife who is on lent had a bite of the McVeggie Burger and it was chicken. I had two orders of the same, and they were both chicken. Ridiculous!! I was showered with a fresh order of everything that I ordered, I simply wanted to get my orders corrected and leave. I will never be visiting or recommending the McDonalds at 3025 Clayhill Rd ever again and neither should you!

  Surbhi always does an amazing job at the drive through. I see her almost every morning and she always puts a smile on my face.

  Every weekday morning between 4:30 & 5:30 AM Surbhi has my large regular coffee good and hot through the drive thur window with a smile and a kind good morning. Keep up the good work girl !!!
