  This has to be one of the most poorly run KFC locations I’ve been to in the GTA. I’ve been here a few times and without fail each time the drink machine has been broken, staff is confused and I end up waiting 25 minutes for my food. Several customers have also received the wrong order and had to wait almost 30 minutes sometimes. I highly suggest anyone to try another location or another fast food restaurant. It’s ridiculous

  This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant on the planet. Always have to wait +20 minutes for anything.

  The staff here is very unresponsive and doesn’t seem interested in helping customers. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. The lady at the counter clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers and came across as rude and dismissive. She is talking like that I owe money to her. I ended up wasting both my time and money. The service was slow, unprofessional, and disappointing from start to finish. This is honestly the worst KFC I’ve ever visited and the shittiest too. Management really needs to step in and improve staff behavior and customer service, because this kind of experience is not acceptable.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was poor, and the facility was quite unclean. There was no soap in the restroom, no napkins available, and the ice machine was empty. Furthermore, the food was extremely oily and didn't meet the usual standards. I hope management takes steps to improve the hygiene and quality control here.
