  This is the worst KFC location. They are always out of everything. I just picked up a $60 order and was informed after the fact that there was no coleslaw and more importantly, hot sauce, literally the only reason why I eat KFC is because of the hot sauce. What a shame. I will not be returning to this location ever again. This is the second or third time this has happened.

  I go to this KFC once a week because of the great service by all staff especially by Employee Vasu who is friendly and professional. The food always is good compared to other KFC. Thank you!

  Walk in on April 17 at 3 pm. I purchased 6 pc chicken and small fries. When I opened the box at home there was 1 drumstick and 5 pc white meat, I think, 1 with wing the rest without. The drumstick was in relevantly edible condition, despite the amount of oil on it, but the 5 pc were very soggy, skin was handing off, on some the white meat exposed, had burn marks on it, and dripping of oil. Nothing like KFC standard product you would expect. My family could not eat that mush and I disposed of it. Not sure if the condition of the 5 pc was due to the time between, they were initially prepared and when I got them and possibly the several times they were reheated or due to employees not following correct procedure. However, I will not recommend visiting this particular location until management runs a refresher training with the stuff and ensure quality of the food sold is up to KFC standard. I am one disappointed customer that have lost trust in this location’s quality of food and will not return.

  Avoid this location if you can. You are better to drive to a different store. I have given this location multiple opportunities to redeem themselves. But every time it has gotten worse. Order online - Just for you order to not even be started after 30+mins when even if is no one in the store. That’s if they even have the item in stock. Their inventory of products is abysmal. Prepare for half your order to be out of stock with no suitable replacements. And if the item is out of stock then they can’t help you with a refund claiming that they don’t have any control over online orders.

  I recently went to this location and was very disappointed the other night when I requested fresh food, patiently waited and repeated my order like 3 times while waiting to ensure it would be right because it was late and I don't live close to the store. I go home and see that my order was wrong. It had been a long day with the kids and usually I would let it go but I had to call and share my frustration. Manpreet was very apologetic and displayed excellent customer while coming up with a solution that I was very happy about. It made me feel appreciated as a customer and lead me to leave this review to encourage others to definitely visit the Southdown location if you are in the area. They provide Fresh food and excellent customer service ☺️
