  I’ve gotten stale dry chicken from this location more times than I can count. I still proceed to communicate I want fresh chicken and will wait the 15-25 minutes. Only for it to come out smelling fishy which is weird cuz I ordered chicken not fish and stale. Not sure if the oil needs to be changed or what but yeah not the best location

  I don’t know maybe because I was really hungry, but I honestly thought the food was fresh. The chicken wasn’t too oily, and the meat was white on the inside, which is always nice to see because I feel like most of the fried chicken spots. The meat is is not fresh.

  Worst experience ever. The food they served was leftover and they refused to accept. They said their chicken is always soggy the lady on the counter not willing to accept that this is not kfc chicken is. When I told them I am going to put this in review she didnt bother. I will suggest not to waste your money at this location ever.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting Experience This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at KFC. First of all, my order was incomplete. I got home and realized a Zinger sandwich was missing, so I had to waste time and gas driving all the way back. How hard is it to check a simple order? But the real issue was the food itself. The Zinger burgers and chicken were drenched in oil—not just slightly greasy, but completely soaked to the point it felt inedible. I’ve eaten from this location before, so I know what “normal” is. This was NOT normal. It was so bad that it made me, my kids, and my wife feel nauseous after eating. That’s not just poor quality—that’s unacceptable. It honestly felt like the food was either poorly prepared, rushed, or sitting in oil for way too long before being served. Between: Missing items Having to go back to the store Extremely oily, low-quality food Making my whole family feel sick This experience was a complete mess. Management seriously needs to fix whatever is going on in that kitchen, because this is not the standard people expect from KFC.

  Made 3 online orders to the Credit View branch on March 16th 2026. It was a disastrous interaction with the so called "Manager". We asked for spicy peices, but were told that they dont have because "they have an online offer going on". Where do you hear this???? So, this branch is well known to make such outlandish decisions and we always have faced issue with them. But, being closer to home we have always caved to order from here. This Manager refused to give name and also quoted saying "its KFC policy not to share names", but forgot that name was provided when we pulled into thr drive through. That was a BIG lie and quoting KFC policy only affects the OFC brand name. Then, asked us "what do you want to do?, want the order or not" and then closed the window on us. Best part was, the Manager was telling us not to be rude, unbelievable!!!. We asked for escalation name, that too was not provided as per "KFC policy" it seems. I am telling you, Customer Service in Canada has gone down the drain. Every where we go, its the same. There is nothing called as "Customer Service" anymore. There is only hiring going on for anyone and everyone at that level, without roper and relavant training. At these hard economic times, where a meal from a fast food restaurant is so expensive is already tough enough and to add to this such appalling customer service is the final nail. Have been chasing KFC corporate since then. Called them 3 times for my refund and an action to tje branch. Nothing so far from KFC too. I will keep on chasing, as its just gotten out of hand. Every $ is valuable and people need to understand. And want to show the way this branch gives out the burgers. Pls see attached pics. It seems that the lettuce was from last year, so to say. Anyway, we feel its right to share our experience with the public. Lord knows we have kept quite too long with a thought for the person in front of us. But, if they want to stop and spare a thought for us, then so be it! Thanks. PS: the worst branch to go to in mississauga is the one on credit view and britannia. The staff there does what they feel like.
